While they are not a substitute for therapy, they can help reinforce the work we do together and provide additional support as you navigate your personal growth and healing.

Therapy Methods

These are the therapy approaches that shape my work with clients. Each offers unique techniques, tools, and perspectives to help you understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build healthier relationships. Read more about each below.

In Internal Family Systems therapy, you’ll notice the different parts of yourself showing up—sometimes critical, anxious, or stuck. IFS helps you understand and care for these parts, heal old wounds, and bring your inner system into harmony.

EFT is a therapy for relationships. It helps you and your partner notice patterns that create distance or conflict. You learn to respond with understanding, connect more, build trust, and manage conflict so you’re both more fulfilled.

EMDR helps your brain and body process traumatic memories so they feel less overwhelming. As you reprocess these experiences, emotions lose their charge, and you start to feel more connected, calm, and able to respond differently.
